Parks and Recreational Areas

Kecskemét’s central layout is defined by a series of interconnected green squares and historic parks. Szabadság tér and Katona József tér serve as the city's architectural heart, surrounded by Art Nouveau landmarks like the Town Hall and the Cifra Palace. Near the main transportation hubs, Noszlopy Gáspár park and the 19th-century Vasútkert provide shaded walking paths and recreational space. These areas combine monumental statues, such as the Trinity Column, with landscaped gardens and historic monuments.
