Montserrat Peaks & Viewpoints

Montserrat’s serrated landscape features unique conglomerate rock formations and vertical needles formed over millions of years. This collection centers on the 11th-century Benedictine monastery, home to the Black Madonna, and extends to the massif's highest summits. Hikers can reach the 1,236-meter peak of Sant Jeroni for 360-degree views stretching from the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean. The area is defined by historic hermitages, technical climbing faces like Paret dels Diables, and panoramic miradors overlooking the Llobregat valley.
