Prague Essentials

Prague's historic core is defined by landmarks spanning a millennium: the sprawling Prague Castle complex, the 14th-century Gothic Charles Bridge, and the 600-year-old Astronomical Clock. This collection covers the Old Town and Lesser Town's architectural evolution, the hilltop fort of Vyšehrad and its Slavín cemetery of national icons, the Baroque libraries of Strahov Monastery, and the Art Nouveau Municipal House — rounded out by two of the city's most recognizable public artworks, David Černý's rotating Kafka head and the equestrian statue of St. Wenceslas.
