Rabat’s green spaces blend colonial-era urban planning with traditional Moroccan landscaping. The city features the historic Jardin Andalou within the Kasbah of the Udayas and the expansive Essais Botanical Garden, which houses over 650 plant species. Jardin Andalou

Located inside the Kasbah of the Udayas, this early 20th-century garden follows traditional Hispano-Moorish design with formal paths, citrus trees, and bougainvillea.

Essais Botanical Garden

Established in 1914, this 17-hectare botanical garden contains over 650 plant species, including rare tropical flora, succulents, and an arboretum.

Nzht hsan

Rabat's oldest and largest public park, created during the French Protectorate, featuring mature trees and manicured lawns near the city's administrative center.
