Historic Churches

Rome’s historic churches represent a timeline of architectural and artistic evolution. This collection includes the Pantheon’s ancient Roman dome, the Baroque innovations of Borromini at Sant'Ivo alla Sapienza, and the Jesuit mother church, Il Gesù.
