Serras de Aire e Candeeiros Nature Park Essentials
This protected area in central Portugal preserves a unique karst landscape characterized by white limestone massifs and dramatic topography. The park features the country's most extensive cave networks, including the Mira de Aire and Alvados systems, alongside the world's longest sauropod dinosaur tracks.
