Scenic Viewpoints of Crimea

This selection features the diverse topography of the Crimean Mountains, spanning from the 1,234-meter plateau of Ai-Petri to the 100-meter white limestone cliffs of Ak-Kaya. Plato Aj-Petri

A 1,234-meter limestone plateau accessible by cable car. Features jagged limestone peaks known as "teeth" and high-altitude suspension bridges.

Besedka Vetrov

A stone rotunda built in 1956 on the edge of the Shagan-Kaya cliff. At 1,450 meters, it offers views of the Gurzuf valley and Ayu-Dag mountain.

Lastockino gnezdo

A Neo-Gothic castle built in 1912 on the 40-meter Aurora Cliff. Designed by architect Leonid Sherwood, it is a primary symbol of the southern coast.

Zvezdopad Vospominanij

A landscape monument near Simeiz shaped like a crouching cat. The site includes remains of ancient Taurus fortifications and burial grounds.

Grot Golicyna

A natural cavern carved by sea waves, later adapted by Prince Golitsyn for wine storage. It features stone storage niches and excellent acoustics.

Bila Utuga

A flat-topped rock formation in the Demerdzhi massif. Provides views of the Valley of Ghosts and the coastal amphitheater of Alushta.

A viewpoint on the highway pass overlooking the Laspi Bay and Cape Sarych. It marks the boundary between the Sevastopol and Yalta regions.

Zemlanicnik Eny

A botanical monument featuring a Greek Strawberry tree estimated to be over 1,300 years old. It is located on the slopes of Mount Krestovaya.
