Jizera Mountains Nature Gems

The Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area, established in 1967, is characterized by its massive granite formations, high-altitude peat bogs, and ancient beech forests, which are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This collection features the region's most significant natural landmarks, from the 30-meter-high Velký Štolpich waterfall to the dramatic granite battlements of Frýdlantské cimbuří.
