Loket Essentials

Loket is defined by its strategic position above a sharp bend in the Ohře River. This collection features the 12th-century Gothic castle and the surrounding medieval fortifications, including the Robičská tower. The town's central square is anchored by the early Baroque town hall and the 1716 Holy Trinity Column. Nearby, the parish church of St. Wenceslaus showcases local religious architecture, while the Goethova vyhlídka offers views of the town's unique topography. The list also includes the Svatošské skály, a national natural monument of granite rock formations located along the river valley.
