Castles and Forts of Namur

This collection highlights Namur’s military and noble architecture: the hilltop Citadel overseeing the Sambre–Meuse confluence, a ring of nine late-19th-century Brialmont forts built for Belgium’s national defence, and several local châteaux and civic monuments.
