Lydia Koidula

A bronze statue created by sculptor Amandus Adamson in 1929. It honors the 19th-century poet and key figure of the Estonian national awakening, situated in a central park also named after her.

M/S Estonia 1994

A memorial dedicated to the victims of the 1994 M/S Estonia ferry disaster. Located near the Pärnu riverbank, the site serves as a place of reflection for one of the Baltic Sea's greatest maritime tragedies.

Raimond Valgre

A life-sized bronze sculpture of the renowned Estonian composer and musician, situated near the Pärnu Kuursaal. The memorial often features Valgre’s popular melodies playing from nearby speakers.

Monument to declaring the independence of the Republic of Estonia

Located on Independence Square, this monument replicates the balcony of the former Endla Theatre. It marks the spot where the Manifesto to the Peoples of Estonia was first publicly read on February 23, 1918.

A memorial dedicated to the residents of Pärnu County who were victims of the mass deportations to Siberia during the Soviet occupations of 1941 and 1949.

Eesti Kroon 1992-2010
