Alpine Refuges in the Dolomites

Utia Pisciadù - Pisciadù Hütte - Rifugio Franco Cavazza al Pisciadù
Located at 2,585 meters next to the Pisciadù lake, this Club Alpino Italiano hut serves as a primary stop on the Alta Via 2 and is the terminus for the Brigata Tridentina via ferrata.
Rifugio Boé
Managed by the Società degli Alpinisti Tridentini, this hut sits at 2,871 meters at the foot of Piz Boè. It serves as a central hub for trails crossing the Sella plateau.
Rifugio Capanna Piz Fassa
A private shelter situated directly on the summit of Piz Boè at 3,152 meters, making it the highest refuge in the Sella Group. It offers 360-degree views and limited overnight accommodation.
Ütia Franz Kostner al Valun
Located at 2,500 meters in the Vallon basin, this refuge provides access to the Piz da Lech via ferrata. It is reachable via the Boè cable car and Vallon chairlift from Corvara.
Rifugio Bec de Roces
Situated at 2,160 meters between Arabba and Passo Campolongo. The site is known for its surrounding jagged rock towers and serves regional dishes on a panoramic terrace.
Rifugio Valentini
Located at 2,218 meters near Passo Sella. Established in 1884, it is one of the more accessible huts in the area, situated along the Sella Ronda circuit.
Rifugio Col de Burz
An alpine restaurant and hut at 1,936 meters above Arabba. It features a blend of traditional wood architecture and modern design, accessible via the Burz chairlift.
Rifugio Forcella Pordoi
