Vipava's Essential Treasures

Explore the historic architectural and viticultural heritage of the Vipava Valley. This selection features medieval ruins like Vipava Castle and the 17th-century Lanthieri Mansion, which now houses a specialized wine museum. The region's spiritual history is represented by the frescoed Church of St. Stephen and the hilltop St. Paul’s Church. Complementing these landmarks are numerous family-run estates and wine shops offering local varieties such as Pinela and Zelen, alongside the historic Vipava 1894 cellar.
