Museu Kirchner Davos

The museum is dedicated to the life and work of the German Expressionist artist Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, who lived and worked in the region from 1918 until 1938. The collection includes a vast array of paintings, sculptures, and sketchbooks, many of which reflect the artist's deep connection to the alpine landscape. It also features documents from the artist group Die Brücke.

Established in 1982, the institution is housed in a building celebrated for its pioneering modernist architecture designed by the architects Gigon Guyer.
