Åndalsnes serves as Norway’s mountaineering capital, positioned at the base of the Romsdal Alps. This list features the Norsk Tindesenter, documenting the region’s climbing history, and the Rampestreken viewpoint, a steel platform 537 meters above sea level. Architectural highlights include the octagonal Grytten Church and the unique Togkapellet, a chapel built into a train carriage.
