This collection features the icy giants of the Bernese Alps, anchored by the Great Aletsch Glacier, the largest ice flow in the Alps and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The list spans from massive plateau glaciers like Tsanfleuron to high-altitude hanging glaciers on the Eiger and Jungfrau massifs. These formations define the region's rugged topography, feeding major river systems and providing access to technical mountaineering routes and high-altitude hiking trails across the cantons of Bern and Valais.
