Biokovo Nature Park Essentials

Biokovo Nature Park features the highest coastal mountain range in Croatia, dominated by the 1,762-meter Sveti Jure peak. The park preserves unique karst topography, including the 'Biokovo Eye' rock formation and historic infrastructure like the early 19th-century Napoleon Road. From high-altitude alpine huts and paragliding launch sites, the terrain offers direct vertical views over the Makarska Riviera and the Central Dalmatian islands.
