Best Beaches

Boa Vista's coastline features some of the most expansive sandy beaches in the Cape Verde archipelago. The southern shore is home to Santa Mónica, a 22-kilometer stretch of white sand, and the nearby Curralinho. On the west coast, Praia de Estoril offers sheltered waters suitable for windsurfing and kitesurfing. The northern coast is marked by the Cabo Santa Maria shipwreck at Praia de Atlanta, while Praia da Varandinha is distinguished by its natural limestone caves and rock arches.
