Bohemian Forest: Absolute Essentials

The Bohemian Forest, or Šumava, preserves some of Europe's oldest natural landscapes, including the 400-year-old trees of the Boubín Nature Preserve. The region is defined by its high-altitude landmarks, such as the Neo-Gothic church in Kvilda and the Stožec Chapel built on a rocky outcrop.
