Buffalo Essentials

Buffalo’s identity is defined by its architectural legacy and historical milestones. This collection features the Art Deco masterpiece of Buffalo City Hall and Louis Sullivan’s pioneering Prudential Building. Significant historical sites include the location of Theodore Roosevelt’s 1901 inauguration and the Allentown Historic District’s Victorian homes. The city’s culinary heritage is represented by the Anchor Bar, the birthplace of Buffalo wings, while the revitalized waterfront showcases the decommissioned vessels of the Naval & Military Park and the 1833 Buffalo Main Light.
