Daegu Parks and Nature

Daegu’s natural landscape is defined by the Palgongsan mountain range to the north and the Apsan mountains to the south. This collection features the Daegu Arboretum, an ecological restoration project built on a former landfill, and Palgongsan Park, home to historic Buddhist temples and the Gatbawi Buddha.
