Parks and Gardens of Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria offers a diverse collection of green spaces, ranging from the massive nature reserve of the Maspalomas Dunes to the Jardín Botánico Viera y Clavijo, the largest botanical garden in Spain. In Las Palmas, historic urban squares like Plaza de Santa Ana and Plaza del Espíritu Santo showcase colonial architecture, while Parque Doramas features rare endemic drago trees. The island also contains specialized collections, such as the Jardín de la Marquesa in Arucas and dedicated cactus gardens.
