Majestic Glaciers and Icefields

This collection features the most significant ice masses within Jasper National Park, centered around the massive Columbia Icefield. As a hydrological apex of North America, these glaciers feed the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic oceans. The list includes easily accessible sites along the Icefields Parkway, such as the Athabasca Glacier, as well as remote icefields in the Tonquin Valley and the rugged northern reaches of the Canadian Rockies.
