The Liptov region preserves a distinct architectural heritage characterized by high-altitude ruins and an exceptional density of aristocratic residences. This collection features Liptov Castle, the highest fortress in Slovakia at 993 meters, alongside the unique combined castle and chateau complex of Liptovský Hrádok.
