Mělník Essentials

Mělník sits at the strategic confluence of the Vltava and Elbe rivers. The town’s history is centered on its castle, a former residence of Bohemian queens, known for its diverse architectural styles and deep wine cellars. The adjacent Church of St. Peter and Paul features a crypt ossuary with remains of over 10,000 individuals.
