Andean Peaks and Glaciers

This collection features the prominent geological formations of Mendoza, ranging from the high-altitude glacial systems of the Aconcagua massif to the extensive volcanic fields of La Payunia. It includes the Polish and Messner glaciers, significant ice masses on the highest peak in the Americas, and the Payún Matrú and Payún Liso volcanoes, which define the region's basaltic desert landscape. Also featured are historical landmarks like the Cerro de la Gloria and various peaks of the Precordillera and Cordillera Frontal used for high-altitude trekking.
