Historical Sites of Naxxar

Naxxar’s historical landscape spans from prehistoric megaliths to 20th-century opulence. The Palazzo Parisio showcases grand Baroque architecture and manicured gardens, while the 12-kilometre Victoria Lines offer insight into 19th-century British military fortifications. The area is also rich in ancient history, evidenced by the Tal-Qadi Temple ruins and several Bronze Age dolmens, including the Wied Filep and Ta’ Hammud sites, which provide a glimpse into Malta's earliest inhabitants.
