Perpignan’s green spaces range from the expansive Square Bir-Hakeim, which features monumental war memorials and centuries-old trees, to the historical Jardin des Remparts following the city's medieval fortifications. Many of these gardens, such as Jardin de la Miranda, offer elevated views over the Saint-Jacques district, while others like Jardin Hippolyte Després provide quiet retreats along the Basse River.
