Peaks and Vistas

The Prokletije range, also known as the Accursed Mountains, forms a rugged natural border between Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo. This collection highlights prominent limestone peaks around Plav, including Maja e Borit and Kofiljača, which reach elevations over 2,000 meters. The landscape is defined by glacial cirques, deep valleys, and high-altitude features like the Malo Blato wetland. These sites are key points along regional hiking trails, providing views of the Bjeshkët e Nemuna National Park and the karst terrain of the Dinaric Alps.
