Saint-Hubert Essentials

Saint-Hubert, the European Capital of Nature and Hunting, centers around the majestic Basilica of Saint-Hubert and the adjacent Benedictine abbey founded in 687. The town's heritage extends to the Domaine du Fourneau Saint-Michel, an open-air museum showcasing traditional Ardennes architecture and ironworking history. Surrounded by the expansive forests of the Ardennes, the area features the Mirwart Castle, a wildlife park dedicated to local species, and scenic viewpoints like the Mirador, reflecting the region's deep connection to both religious history and rural traditions.
