Querétaro offers a diverse range of green spaces, from historic colonial plazas to modern recreational complexes. Alameda Hidalgo, established in 1797, features a central monument and a dense canopy of ancient trees. Jardín Guerrero occupies land once belonging to the Santa Clara Convent, housing a fountain and a statue of its namesake. For sports and large-scale recreation, Parque Querétaro 2000 provides professional athletic facilities, while Jardín de los Platitos offers a smaller pedestrian space characterized by its unique ceramic mosaics.
