Senja's western coastline is defined by the dramatic intersection of vertical mountains and deep fjords. This selection features prominent peaks like Segla and Husfjellet, alongside architecturally significant viewpoints such as the Bergsbotn platform and the Tungeneset walkway. These locations provide direct access to the island's unique geological formations, including the jagged granite peaks of the Okshornan range and panoramic vistas over Mefjorden and Bergsfjorden. A 639-meter peak characterized by its iconic sail-like shape and a vertical cliff drop into Mefjorden. The standard ascent starts from the village of Fjordgård.
