Streymoy Must-Sees

Streymoy, the largest of the Faroe Islands, contains the historic village of Kirkjubøur, home to the 13th-century Magnus Cathedral and Saint Olav's Church. The capital, Tórshavn, features the Tinganes district and the Nordic House cultural center. Natural landmarks include the dual-tiered Fossá waterfall, the turf-roofed village of Saksun, and the coastal cliffs of Vestmanna. The island's landscape is defined by the Sornfelli mountain plateau and the secluded bay of Tjørnuvík.
