Stubai Alps Peaks

The Stubai Alps feature prominent crystalline and limestone massifs spanning the border of North and South Tyrol. This collection includes the range's highest summit, the 3,505-meter Zuckerhütl, alongside major peaks like the Schrankogel and the Habicht. The region is characterized by extensive glaciers and distinctive geological formations, such as the dolomite-like towers of the Tribulaun group. These summits serve as key landmarks along the Stubaier Höhenweg, a high-altitude trekking route connecting a network of traditional mountain huts.
