Tampa Essentials

Explore Tampa's central hub through its waterfront and historic landmarks. The 2.6-mile Tampa Riverwalk connects cultural hubs like the Tampa Museum of Art and the Tampa Bay History Center. Across the river, the University of Tampa's Plant Hall showcases iconic Moorish-style minarets from the original 1891 Tampa Bay Hotel. The district combines modern skyscrapers like 100 North Tampa with repurposed historic spaces like Oxford Exchange, offering a mix of contemporary photographic arts and traditional Spanish-Cuban flavors along the Hillsborough River.
