The world's largest bazaar features Islamic-style architecture with a central minaret. It serves as a commercial center for Silk Road goods, including Xinjiang carpets, dried fruits, and traditional Uyghur handicrafts.

This provincial museum houses the famous "Beauty of Loulan" and other prehistoric mummies found in the Tarim Basin. Exhibits also cover Silk Road history and the traditions of Xinjiang’s thirteen ethnic groups.
