Visoko Essentials

Visoko serves as a historical crossroads, home to the medieval Old Town of Visoki and the coronation site of Bosnian kings at Mile. The landscape is dominated by the Bosnian Pyramid complex, featuring the Pyramid of the Sun and an extensive network of prehistoric underground tunnels at Ravne. Cultural landmarks include the 17th-century Tabačka Mosque, built for the city’s tanning guild, and the local heritage museum. Recent additions include the expansive Park Ravne 2 and a large-scale landscape art installation inspired by Van Gogh’s "The Starry Night."
