Museums and Galleries

This collection highlights the artistic and maritime heritage of Cape Cod, spanning from historic Sandwich to the vibrant art colony of Provincetown. The list features 17th-century architecture at the Hoxie House, maritime artifacts at the Highland Light, and a dense concentration of contemporary galleries along Provincetown’s Commercial Street. These venues showcase everything from the historical 'Provincetown School' of painting to modern photography, local crafts, and railroad memorabilia housed in a 19th-century depot.
