Al Kufrah’s remote landscape preserves some of the Sahara's most significant geological sites. This collection features the Oasis and BP Structure craters, alongside the dual Arkenu structures, which provide rare terrestrial examples of ancient meteorite impacts. Complementing these massive formations are several local viewpoints around the Al Jawf oasis, offering perspectives on the stark transition between the settlement and the vast sand seas of the Libyan Desert.
