Parks and Recreation

Middelburg's green spaces range from the historic Kloostertuin within the medieval Abbey complex to the expansive 18th-century landscape of the Ter Hooge estate. The city features diverse recreational areas, including the scale models of Miniatuur Walcheren at Mini Mundi and the former water reservoir turned public park at Molenwaterpark. These locations provide a mix of botanical interest, local history, and dedicated play areas across both the historic center and modern residential districts.
