Scenic Viewpoints
This collection highlights the diverse topography of Glacier National Park, from the roadside vistas of the Going-to-the-Sun Road to high-altitude fire lookouts. These points offer direct views of receding glaciers, including Jackson and Grinnell, as well as landmark peaks like Bearhat Mountain. Goat Lick
Natural salt lick on the banks of the Middle Fork of the Flathead River where mountain goats frequently congregate to lick mineral deposits from the cliffs.
Hidden Lake Overlook
Reached via a 1.5-mile trail from Logan Pass, this wooden platform provides views of Hidden Lake and the surrounding Bearhat Mountain.
Rocky Point
