Jahorina'daki Tepeler
Jahorina Highlights
Jahorina, a prominent mountain range in the Dinaric Alps, served as a primary venue for alpine skiing during the 1984 Winter Olympics. This selection features the range's highest summits, including Ogorjelica and Sjenište, which exceed 1,900 meters. These limestone peaks define the landscape between the Prača and Kasindolska river valleys, offering a network of hiking trails through subalpine meadows and dense coniferous forests. The terrain transitions from developed ski slopes near the central resort to rugged, undeveloped ridges toward the southeastern reaches of the massif.
