Kėdainiai is defined by its exceptionally well-preserved 17th-century Old Town and a rare legacy of religious tolerance. As the former seat of the powerful Radziwiłł family, the city showcases a diverse architectural landscape, including one of Lithuania's few remaining Renaissance town halls, Gothic and Baroque churches, and a unique complex of two synagogues.
