Caldeira Velha
Thermal waterfall located on the slopes of the Fogo Volcano. The water is naturally heated by geothermal activity and flows into a pool surrounded by tree ferns and Macaronesian forest.

A unique coastal formation where geothermal springs heat the ocean water within a natural rock pool. The warm water is best experienced during low tide.
Ribeira Quente's Waterfall
Located between two road tunnels, this waterfall is fed by springs that pass through volcanic rocks, resulting in naturally lukewarm water temperatures.
