Saint-Raphaël spans the coastline where the red rhyolite of the Estérel Massif meets the Mediterranean. This selection includes the 618-meter Mont Vinaigre, the massif's highest peak, alongside the Neolithic Pierre Levée menhir. The list covers diverse coastal terrain, from the sheltered sandy bay of Agay to the pebble shores of Santa-Lucia. Mont Vinaigre

The highest peak of the Estérel Massif, reaching 618 meters. It provides 360-degree views extending from the Bay of Cannes to the Maures mountains and the French Alps.

Plage d'Agay

A large, sheltered sandy beach located in a circular bay at the foot of the Estérel red rocks. The area offers shallow waters and proximity to local shops.

Plage du Casino

A centrally located sandy beach situated between the Old Port and the Beaurivage promenade. It is easily accessible from the town center.

Belvédère de la Batterie

A panoramic viewpoint located on the Dramont cape. It overlooks the Île d'Or and the coastal sites of the 1944 Allied landings.

Plage de Camp-Long

A small sandy cove protected by natural rock formations, creating calm, pool-like waters. It is located near the Dramont semaphore.

Pointe de l’Observatoire

A scenic lookout point on the Corniche d'Or coastal road, offering views of the dramatic red porphyry cliffs dropping into the sea.

Menhir dit Pierre Levée

Also known as the Aire-Peyronne menhir, this Neolithic megalith stands near a mountain pass at 102 meters elevation in the Dramont area.

Fishermen's market

A traditional market located at the Vieux Port where local fishermen sell their daily catch every morning directly from their boats.

Golf de Valescure

Established in 1895, this is the oldest golf course in the Var department. The 18-hole course is set among umbrella pines in the Valescure district.

Night market along the street

A seasonal summer market featuring local crafts and artisanal products, typically held along the Agay promenade during July and August evenings.

Plage de Santa-Lucia

A pebble beach located near the Santa Lucia marina. It is accessible via the Sentier du Littoral coastal path and offers clear water for snorkeling.

Plage d'Anthéor

A sandy beach situated beneath the historic red-brick railway viaduct. The area includes a designated section for naturists.
