Outdoor Adventures in El Chorro

El Chorro is a premier destination for rock climbing and hiking in Andalusia, centered around the sheer limestone walls of the Gaitanes Gorge. The area is home to the Caminito del Rey, a historical walkway pinned 100 meters above the Guadalhorce River. Beyond the gorge, the landscape features technical climbing sectors like Los Albercones and Castrojo, and high-altitude peaks including Sierra de Abdalajís and Camorro Alto, which offer views across the karst formations of the Málaga province.
