Mountain & Adventure Huts

This collection features strategic basecamps and shelters across Argentina's mountain ranges, from the high-altitude deserts of La Rioja to the granite spires of Patagonia. It includes historic stone huts like Refugio Frey on Mount Catedral and staging points for the Domuyo Volcano. These sites provide infrastructure for rock climbing at the Piedra Parada monolith, trekking near Mount Fitz Roy, and exploring the remote wilderness of Los Alerces and Perito Moreno National Parks.

Refugio Emilio Frey
