Cannes Must-Sees

Cannes features a blend of Mediterranean history and modern luxury. The Promenade de la Croisette stretches along the coast, connecting the Palais des Festivals with high-end boutiques on Rue d’Antibes. In the historic Le Suquet district, the 11th-century Suquet Tower and the 16th-century Gothic Church of Our Lady of Hope overlook the bay. Local commerce centers on the pedestrian Rue Meynadier and the Forville Market, which offers regional produce, seafood, and flowers. The Castre Museum, housed in a medieval castle, displays global art and musical instruments.
