Cascais features a diverse collection of green spaces, ranging from the expansive grounds of Parque Marechal Carmona, known for its roaming peacocks and historic museum, to the central Jardim Visconde da Luz with its traditional carousel. Many of these parks, such as Ribeira dos Mochos and Parque de Palmela, follow natural watercourses or connect the town to Estoril via shaded walking trails and fitness circuits.
