This collection highlights the 1537 La Merced Monastery, the Mudejar-style architecture of the Carmen Temple, and the unique indigenous-Catholic synthesis practiced in San Juan Chamula. D Iglesia de Guadalupe
Situated at the top of a 79-step staircase, this 1834 neoclassical church offers panoramic views of San Cristóbal. It is the primary site for the city's Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe celebrations every December.
